Prioritize, plan and budget:
Remove flooring if replacing with new. If not then we will fully protect the existing flooring.
Remove outdated lighting, fans, old alarm panels, unused switches, phone jacks, central vacuums, faucets, shower fixtures, toilets, etc. We will call to donate before ever discarding useful items.
Patch holes wherever created and apply matching texture if necessary.
Prime and finish paint entire interior, ceilings, walls, moldings, doors. Respraying Cabinetry and new hardware is an option.
Install new lighting fixtures, recessed LED lights, faucets, shower fixtures and toilets.
Replace all switches (pico wifi system available), outlets, thermostats and smoke detectors.
Install the new flooring if old floors were removed.
Clean and sanitize HVAC duct system including the air handler unit(s).

We offer so much more. These are just the high touch points to quickly bring a home up to par without initially taking on kitchen and bathroom renovations.
